2014 Convention - Transportation and Directions

Pony Up in New York

No matter what form of transportation you will be using to come to the 2014 NCA Convention we have information for you.

The Hilton Long Island / Huntington Hotel website has excellent information on how to find the hotel.

  • Flying

If you are flying, a special discount has been arranged with Super Shuttle from and to all four New York City area airports: The discount code is NACAR, or use use our link with discount already factored in. You can also call Super Shuttle at 1-800-258-3826 and be sure to give them our discount code NACAR.

There is a discounted first passenger price plus a discounted second passenger rate. You can save more money if you make your reservations as a group and make one payment.

If you do plan to fly, the closest airport is Long Island Islip. Southwest Airlines and US Airways are the two major carriers serving Islip. We understand Southwest Airlines will have fares available for September 2014 some time during February 2014, and it is recommended you check several times to insure you obtain the lowest fare.

You can also easily access the Hilton Hotel from JFK and LaGuardia airports.

  • Train

If you are coming by train, ride Amtrak to Penn Station in New York City and switch to the Long Island Railroad. Ride the Ronkonkoma Train to the Farmingdale Station. The Hilton Hotel provides a free shuttle service from the Farmingdale Station, contact the hotel at 631-845-1000.

  • Maps and Directions
