Comments:Built for Fred Shew’s carnival. The 40' dia. platform features “grasshopper” jumping mechanism and operates at 5 r.p.m. The date is a mystery. Factory records list this carousel as 1912. A plaque on one horse states “Built Especially for Fred Shew 1913.”
