Great Northern Carousel

This rounding board displays the logo for Helena's Great Northern Carousel. Done in PTC style, each rounding board panel features scenes or wildlife of the Helena, Montana area. The pictures were made by local glass artist, Mary Harris. They were created by hand cutting opaque stained glass which is then airbrushed, fired and applied to the panels with tile adheseive. Each panel shows grout lines rather than the lead lines of traditional stained glass.
