2025 Post NCA Convention Montana Tour
September 21-23, 2025

You are invited to extend your Inland Northwest Grand Adventure with a visit to four Montana Carousels and the Montana Heritage Commission's Bovey Collection. The tour will be limited to a minimum of 45 to a maximum of 52 individuals. If we don't get the minimum of 45 people the tour will be cancelled.

Your tour will include the following itinerary on Alpha Omega Tour Bus:

• Sunday September 21^st:
  • Depart Ruby River Hotel mid-morning
  • Lunch at $50,000 Silver Dollar Restaurant and Gift Shop
  • Spirit of Columbia Gardens Carousel, Butte Montana including:
    • Photos, presentations, rides, and world-famous "Irish Butte Pasties"
    • Overnight stay at Butte LaQuinta Hotel
      
      
• Monday September 22^nd:
  • Breakfast at LaQuinta Hotel
  • Montana Heritage Commission Bovey Collection, Nevada City Museum, Virginia City Montana
    • Photos, presentations, tour, and lunch
  • Boulder River 1958 Brill Carousel, Jefferson County Fairgrounds, Boulder Montana
    • Photos, presentations, rides
  • Great Northern Carousel, Helena Montana
    • Photos, presentations, rides, dinner, and ice cream
  • Overnight stay at Best Western Premier Great Northern Hotel
    
    
• Tuesday September 23^rd:
  • Breakfast at Great Northern Hotel
  • A Carousel for Missoula, Missoula Montana
    • Photos, presentations, rides, and lunch
  • Return to Ruby River Hotel Spokane

We will be staying at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites Butte Sunday evening September 21^st. You will need to call the Hotel at (406)494-6999 and identify you are with the National Carousel Association Group to receive the $125.00 plus tax discounted rate.

We will be staying at the Helena Great Northern Best Western Premier Hotel Monday evening September 22^nd. You will need to call the Hotel at (406)457-5500 and identify you are with the National Carousel Association Group to receive the rate of $169.00 plus tax for a two Queen Bed Room or $184.00 plus tax for a one King Bed Room.

We also recommend you add Tuesday night September 23^rd to your reservation at the Ruby River Hotel in Spokane. You will receive the convention discount of $125.00.

The registration fee for the Montana Tour is $290.00 Per Person and includes:

• Bus Transportation
• Bus Snacks and Water
• Two Breakfasts
• Three Lunches
• Two Dinners
• All admission fees to the 4 Carousels and the Nevada City Museum

Registration for the Post Convention Montana Tour will be available with Convention Registration.
