Moonlight
|
© Gary Nance
Date of picture: April, 2004
Moonlight is another of the four Pennies for Ponies horses on the Missoula carousel.
Each student in Holly Raser's fourth grade class was allowed to add one feature to the pony. Visible in this picture are feathers, flowers and a pink plume. Moonlight is also decorated with numerous baubles, leg bands, and a saddle banded with 74 feathers and 2 fiddles.
A close look will reveal a row of pennies, a decoration added to each of Missoula's Pennies for Ponies horses.
